Terra Logos Green Home Services, Inc. is a Baltimore-based company that offers cost-effective solutions to reducing energy bills and creating healthier, more comfortable homes. After performing a Home Energy Inspection, they analyze a home’s unique performance, and provide a Home Energy Report, which recommends prioritized improvements with cost estimates.

Biggs and Featherbelle

Biggs and Featherbelle is body care with a health-conscious mission. Their handmade products are free of synthetic fragrances, dyes and additives. Started by 2 sisters with a recipe for soap they retrieved from a magazines article Kelly and Kasey now sell their products at more then 50 locations up and down the east coast, the west and mid west.

Baltimore Biodiesel Collective

The Baltimore Biodiesel Collective is a "Maryland non-profit organization dedicated to advocacy, promotion, research, and education of environmentally sustainable biodiesel fuel for on-road and off-road vehicle use in government, business, and private use." They are a membership organization that offers support to residents of Maryland interested in biodiesel, the only retail biodiesel fueling (Bio-station) in the city of Baltimore.

Center For Watershed Protection

The center has developed and disseminated a multi-disciplinary strategy to watershed protection that encompasses watershed planning, watershed restoration, storm water management, watershed research, better site design, education and outreach, and watershed training.

Partners for Open Space- Save MD Lands

They are leading an effort to educate citizens, mobilize conservation groups and their members, and expand the coalition to influence Maryland decision makers to restore funding for land conservation and park development.” “Polls show 89% of Marylanders support Open Space” but since “2002 over $480 million has been diverted from Program Open Space”. FARM-Farm Animal Reform Movement

FARM is devoted to ending the cruel confinement and mutilation of animals in factory farms. Since 1976, FARM is the leader with national grassroots campaigns like the Great American Meatout. Check out their information on animal rights conferences, equal justice alliances or hunger solutions. They even offer a free vegetarian starter kit, just in case.

Chesapeake Climate Action Network
