Living Legacy Development LLC is a 100% Environmentally Friendly Cleaning and post-construction service catering to businesses, residents and schools in the Baltimore area. Owner, Erica McCoullough is a former Baltimore city schoolteacher who developed Living Legacy after receiving unfortunate news about the death of a former student, which was simultaneous with the fortunate birth of her son. It was then that she realized the incredible need to provide alternatives to city youth that thirst for socially responsible job opportunities that would also be sensitive to community/family pressures and support ambitions of higher education. Living Legacy uses products from Shaklee, Whole Foods, Melaleuca and special recipes and tricks of the trade Erica learned from her native Choctaw mother. She currently opens her home office to 30 employees offering training, and by her own good will, tools each youth needs for self-sufficiency; providing the occasional family counsel, SAT prep between jobs as well as an example of successful entrepreneurship. She has former employees that have gone on to work for WYPR and Black and Decker. Living Legacy Development truly lives up to its name by helping the development of our city youth, teaching basic job skills, providing counseling, academic instruction, career opportunities, environmental consciousness and life skills.
