It’s a tiny place but it’s stocked full of supplements of all varieties, baked goods, delicious soy drinks, natural sodas and ginger beers, a generous selection of bulk foods, chips and snacks, and a refrigerator conveniently stocked with a selection of prepared sandwiches, salads, and desserts. And man do they have an amazing tea selection for their size. You’ll definitely find things here you won’t find at Whole Foods.

Emphasizing organic meats and sustainable agriculture, they have partnered with more than a dozen local and regional farms to bring Baltimore a truly unique and worthwhile dining experience. Green principles were employed in the design of the space, including the use of salvaged wood and decorative artifacts, as well as daylighting in the kitchen work areas.
