  1. We have been customers of Hedgeapple Farm since they opened their retail meat market 10 years ago. This farm is what every farm should look like and do business. The farm is a picture of sustainability from the green pastures to the wooded land, to the protection of the river frontage. They do it right.

Dr. Scott has an amazing wealth of information about beef, beef cattle, the land, sustainability, nutrition and stewardship. He is a joy to speak with and will spend whatever time is needed to help you understand what they do as a farm and why they do it. I don’t understand why a much larger agricultural business has not stolen him away from Hedgeapple. I am sure his expertise is unmatched and in demand.

Their animal care is second to none and the beef they produce and sell is absolutely clean and delicious!

I could go on and on about this great farm. You need to just check it out for yourself!
